Josh Topas botched his career as paparazzi when going after Chief Commissioner Mirack. Now, Topas faces bogus criminal charges. Assistant D.A. Melanie Collins needs Josh to stay clean and refrain from seeking revenge... if they hope to nail Mirack for fraud, embezzlement, and murder. Josh takes on the name Jack Moon and relocates to the Underbelly, the undesirable south of Forest Hill.
