Desiree Holt knows how to hook her readers! I couldn’t stop turning the pages of "Hide and Seek" once the first few sentences were absorbed. I just couldn’t stop until I found out exactly what was going to happen. Devon Cole is a woman facing such a strange situation and yet her strength is amazing. Not once did I feel like she was weak or needy. But she was in need and she was smart enough to realize it.
Logan Malik is a superbly ALPHA hero with just enough softness to his hard edges. He’s excellent at his job and his brain might be even sexier than his brawn.
Arrowhead Bay is such a beautiful setting and I cannot wait to visit again and see what else the place has to offer.
The sisters were wonderful supporting characters and I cannot wait to read their own stories, because I just know this author has something fabulous planned for them. How can she not give two such robust characters adventures of their own.
If you like your romances a little on the steamy side, your mysteries a little on the gritty side and your stories a lot on the well written side, "Hide and Seek" is a perfect choice!
