Flipped For Murder

Country Store Mysteries, #1

Robbie Jordan is a very sweet and bright young woman, who is in need of a change after her divorce. So, she decides to leave California and move to South Lick, Indiana. There with the help of her Aunt Adele, she buys and fixes up a rundown country store.

Robbie opens up Pans ‘N Pancakes, her country store/restaurant and everything is doing great! People love her store, her food, and she starts dating her real estate lawyer, Jim Shermer. Then the mayor’s nasty assistant, Stella Rogers is found murdered with one of Robbie’s cheesy biscuits stuffed in her mouth! Now, Robbie has become suspect number one!

Will Robbie be able to find out who the murderer is and why they are framing her? Or will Pans ‘N Pancakes fail because the townsfolk believe she is the killer?

“Flipped For Murder” is the first in the country store mysteries and is a great series starter! This book is full of wonderful people whom you will love meeting, including, Aunt Adele, Phil, and Vera. You will find yourself immersed in this charming mystery right from the very first page! There are plenty of twists and turns along the way, and the mystery is a true mystery till the very end!

Maddie Day has given us a brilliant beginning to her mystery series! Robbie Jordan is a perfect protagonist, whom you will enjoy getting to know throughout the book! South Lick is a quaint little town, you will fall in love with and want to revisit again and again. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series, “Grilled For Murder”, when it comes out on May 31, 2016!
