In the cozy mystery "Handbags & Homicide" you get a bachelorette party in Hawaii that turns into a homicide. Kaley's friend wants a rush wedding to her football player fiancee. I loved all the references to the beautiful scenery in Hawaii and the story kept my interest throughout. Author Anne Marie Stoddard had me guessing who the killer was. I had hoped Kaley's relationship with Noa would have progressed more, it just seemed to stall. The football groupies were not likeable characters, but it fit for the story.
Overall, a very solid cozy mystery in the Aloha Lagoon Mysteries series. This is book 12 and it stands alone.
From USA Today bestselling author Anne Marie Stoddard comes another fabulously fashionable mystery in paradise...
