This is the thirteenth installment in Ms. Johansen's Eve Duncan series and the second part of her trilogy. The first part of the book tells the early history between Joe and Eve, how they meet and dealt with other. The second part of the story picks up where the last book (Eve) left off with Joe in the hospital after being attacked and stabbed. This is such a great series. I can't wait to find out what happens next. Be on the lookout for the next book, Bonnie which will be out on October 18, 2011.
